The location near the train station was super convenient for exploring Lourdes. The cleanliness of the room stood out. it was spacious and had a massive bathroom. Staff provided great assistance with directions and local spots, really enhancing the experience. While the breakfast options were decent, it became a bit redundant with the same choices each day for €10 extra. The room lacked air conditioning, making it quite warm, but they did provide a fan. There was a little noise from the pub nearby during the nights, which could disturb sleep. Still, the quick check-in and check-out process was seamless. I definitely appreciated the daily maid service. Overall, a good stay with some areas for improvement.

Rooms on the first floor facing north are dark, lacking sunlight and space for keeping belongings tidy. One bed was too soft, leading to discomfort while sleeping.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great assistance like ice for my ice pack and offering to help find local restaurants. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the train station and the Grotto, making it easy to explore Lourdes.
